% 29.02.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that subject premises, that is, property no. 3275, Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi has already been booked, inasmuch as, demolition order has been passed on 4th January, 2016. It is further submitted that further action in accordance with law would also be taken. Let compliance report be filed by respondent no.1 within four weeks. Respondent no.2 is directed to provide adequate police force to the respondent no.1 as and when date of demolition action is notified. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
