% 08.03.2018 The report of the Joint Registrar (Gazette) which has been submitted pursuant to the order dated 26.02.2018 confirms that though there is a vacancy in the office of Principal Judge, Family Court for North-West district on account of its presiding officer having proceeded on deputation, there is no vacuum inasmuch as Mr. Mahesh Chander Gupta presides over the court of Judge, Family Court for the same district at the same very location i.e. Rohini Courts Complex.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that in above view she withdraws the present petition as she intends to move the Judge, Family Court for North-West District for appropriate relief. The petition and the application filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn.
