The present petition alleges unauthorized construction of property bearing no.H.No.16/138-I, Bapa Nagar, Hardhyan Singh Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the MCD submits that show cause notice has been issued in respect of the concerned property on 21.09.2023 followed by a demolition order dated 27.12.2023. He submits that requisite action as mandated in law shall be taken in respect of the concerned property. 3.

Binding the respondent no.1 to the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
