There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners. Even on the last date i.e., 12.01.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners, despite the matter having been called twice. In the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred on 12.01.2024, adjourning the matter for today. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State informs the Court that statements of the parties have been recorded only during First Motion proceedings under Section 13(B)(i) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and therefore, marriage between the parties is yet to be dissolved. 3.

It appears that Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution and in default.
