% 20.05.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 22.02.2016 is on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. The demand draft of Rs.5,00,450/- has already been re-validated and delivered to the plaintiff.
