WP(C) 1090/2015 & CM 1943/2015 Mr Arora, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation, states, on instructions from Mr Sehdev Singh, Assistant Commissioner, who is present in Court, that in case the petitioner pays the legitimate dues up to 21.12.2014, he shall be entitle to participate in the tender floated on 02.01.2015. A copy of the NIT is placed at page 47 of the paper book. The payment made by the petitioner in respect of the said demand would be without prejudice to his rights and contentions with regard to the quantum of the demand. Mr Arora further states that the demand shall be raised within 24 hours so that the petitioner is able to make the payment and participate in the tender.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
