The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(a) Issue appropriate directions in terms of Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and extend the term of the arbitration proceedings between the parties before Ld. Sole Arbitrator Justice (Retd.) Najmi Waziri for a period of three (3) months from the date of disposal of the present petition; and (b) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

The Court, in the interest of justice, deems it appropriate to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of two months with effect from 07.08.2025.
