The Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.362/2022 under Section 323/341/506(2) IPC registered at Police Station Naraina. 2.

The brief facts as stated in the Petition are that the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are the neighbours and have known to each other from past many years. On 30.03.2022 due to some misunderstanding a sudden quarrel broke out between them which resulted in registration of FIR No.362/2022 at Police Station Naraina against the Petitioner. 3.

It is submitted that the Chargesheet was filed in the Court of learned JMFC, who took cognizance of the matter and referred the matter for mediation Centre, where Petitioner and respondent No. 2 have already The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. sorted out their all differences with the intervention of learned Mediator vide Settlement Deed dated 10.07.2025 and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioner, who has filed the present Petition. The Complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 362/2022 registered at Police Station Naraina, for offences punishable under Sections 323/341/506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application(s).
