I.A. 10933/2025 has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to record the terms of settlement arrived at between the parties.

The Settlement Agreement dated 20th March, 2025 executed between the parties (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') has been filed as 'Document 1' with the present application.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

One of the terms of the Settlement Agreement is that the present petition filed by the petitioner has to be withdrawn. 5.
