The affidavit of the petitioner is taken on record, which is extracted as under:

"I, Ms. Sangeeta Singh Senior PPS (Retd), daughter of Shri K.L Grover aged about 62 years, resident of EA 156/Second Floor, Inderpuri, New Delhi 110012 do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under:

1. That I am the Petitioner in the accompanying writ petition and am fully conversant with the facts of the present case and competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That the present affidavit is being filed in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court, whereby the Petitioner was directed to vacate the subject premises on or before 31.01.2026.

3. That the deponent has vacated the premise in compliance of the direction of this Hon'ble Court, however for issuances of vacation order the following was required to follow by the respondents.

4. That the NOC for closing the IP Gas connection was obtained and handed over to the respondents.

That the electricity department of the Respondent has checked all the electricity bills from the beginning of occupation i.e. first time the Petitioner was allotted single room in Block E and after some time suite 505 in C block years back, the Petitioner was shifted to D/505 as C Block was allotted where she continued to live for a long time. Few years back, the Petitioner was shifted to D/505 as C Block was taken up for renovation. Present case pertains to D/505. That, on checking all the electricity bills were found to have been paid however the current bill of Rs 4000/- paid on 05.02.2026 and NOC would be issued only on 09.02.2026 as the concerned officer was on leave.

6. That Both the NOC for electricity and IP GAS have been handed over by the electricity department to the Quartering Department on 09.02.2026 but the vacation order could not be issued as the concerned officer is on leave and he is likely to join in few days.

7. That the said formalities are presently pending due to administrative reasons at the respondents' end, and the requisite vacation order has not yet been issued.

8. That the remaining licence fee amounting to Rs. 25,650/-(Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty only) has also been duly paid by the Petitioner on 06.02.2026 and no dues remain outstanding in respect of the said premises.

9. That since the vacation order is yet to be issued, the Petitioner is not in possession of documentary proof of final clearance, and therefore this affidavit is being filed to place on record that the subject premise stand vacated from the Petitioner's side.

10. That the present affidavit is being filed bona fide to place the true and correct facts on record before this Hon'ble Court and to demonstrate full compliance with the order dated 18.11.2025.

11. That the contents of the present affidavit are true and correct to my knowledge and nothing material has been concealed therefrom." 2.

Now nothing remains to be adjudicated.
