This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking stay of operation of order dated 25.02.2025 whereby the Respondent has inter alia terminated services of the Petitioner awarded under multiple Memorandum of Agreements allegedly based on an anonymous complaint.

Perusal of order dated 25.02.2025 shows that the termination order has taken effect and the contract has been rescinded with a direction to the Petitioner to return/refund the CBBO cost paid to it in the sum of Rs.2,42,31,250/-.

In light of the fact that termination of the various Memorandum of Agreements in question has taken effect, no interim order can be passed at this stage in the present petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to invoking arbitration in accordance with arbitration clause 9 in the MOAs. 5.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case.
