The present application under Section 483 of the BNSS seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 458/2023, under Section 302 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Bawana.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that supplementary chargesheet in the present FIR has been filed. It is further submitted that the public witnesses out of the witnesses cited by the prosecution that are to be examined are the parents, sister and son of the deceased.
