The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "A. Issue contempt proceedings against the Respondents in FIR No. 432/22, dated 08.06.2022, P.S. Punjabi Bagh, pending before Ld. JMFC-01, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi; AND B. Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the FIR no. 0432/2022 being registered on 08.06.2022, no chargesheet has been filed. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the chargesheet in the said FIR was filed on 02.09.2025, before the court of competent jurisdiction. 5.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied and the petition stands disposed of.
