% 23.05.2016 Petitioner-Residents Welfare Association has filed this writ petition praying therein that respondent be directed to construct the community centre/hall on the plot admeasuring 1142.86 sq meters in Jangpura, Ward No. 154, Central Zone, allotted by Delhi Development Authority to it. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent has, in principal, decided to construct the community hall/centre. It is further submitted that the same would be constructed within 15 months, that is, by end of June, 2018. Time frame has been detailed in the affidavit filed by the respondent. Respondent shall adhere to the time schedule given by it. Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. A.K. PATHAK, J.
