The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeals as the disputes between the parties have been settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme II (Contractual Disputes). 2.

The appellant also seeks withdrawal of the amounts deposited with the Registry of this Court. In view of the above, the amounts deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court in FAO (COMM) No.10/2024 are directed to be released to the appellant forthwith.
