The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for the alleged wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 18.12.2023 as modified by subsequent order dated 29.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No.16240/2023.

petitioner has not been considered within six weeks as directed by the aforesaid orders.

Mr. Sanjay Katyal, Standing Counsel appearing for DDA submits that as per instructions received, let the petitioner appear before the Commissioner (Planning), DDA on any working day and after hearing them, the authority concerned would ensure that a reasoned order is passed in accordance with the law. 7.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 8.
Hence, the petitioner shall appear before the Commissioner, Planning, Vikas Minar on 24.09.2024 at 3 PM and it is directed that after hearing the petitioner, the Commissioner (Planning) shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with the law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
