The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "i) It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ in the nature of the CERTIORARI and for any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction to allow the petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India on behalf of the petitioners seeking permission to withdraw ID No. 915/1996 titled "Ashok Kumar Vs Delhi Transport Corporation filed before the Hon'ble Ld. Presiding Officer Labour Court1, Rouse Avenue Court, New Delhi by the workmen Late Sh. Ashok Kumar.
ii) Any other Order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit. 4.
