The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order dated 12.06.2025 in Appeal no. 265(4)2014, B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT) to stay the operation of the order dated 12.06.2025 in Appeal no.265(4)2014, C. Pass any other Writ/order or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary to be passed on the basis of facts and circumstances."

cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed by learned CGIT by way of the impugned order. It is further submitted that the application seeking stay was filed on account of legal advice and in these circumstances it is submitted that the cost as imposed by learned CGIT may be set aside.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice and fairly does not oppose the aforesaid prayer with regard to waiver of cost. 7.

In these circumstances, the present petition is partially allowed and disposed of. Cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed by learned CGIT is hereby set aside and order dated 12.06.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent. 8.
