A Revision Petition under Section 438 and 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Revisionist seeking quashing of Complaint Case No.8932/2022 under Section 138 of N.I Act and Summoning Order dated 04.04.2025 passed by learned JMFC/Digital Court-04, NI Act, Central District, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
