% 06.11.2025 CRL.M.A. 32678/2025 (under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the Petitioner for Modification) 1.

An Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for modification of the Condition (i) in paragraph 13 of the Order dated 08.10.2025 to direct that the Bail Bond and Surety Bond be furnished to the satisfaction of the Trial Court instead of concerned Jail Superintendent. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the State submits that the wife of the Applicant had appeared before the Jail Superintendent, but had no cogent documentary proof of residence. Furthermore, on physical verification, the address could not be located by the local Police. 3.

It is hereby directed that wife of the Applicant shall meet the local Police who shall accompany her to identify/locate the address of the Petitioner within three days and accordingly submit the Report to the Jail The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
