This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 2 months to make and publish the Award. 2.

Mr Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the record is bulky and voluminous and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Khan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay. 6.
