The present petition alleges illegal/unauthorized construction in the property bearing no. 12A/26, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that certain deviations vis-à-vis the sanctioned building plan, have been noticed in respect of the aforesaid property and consequently a demolition order has been passed. He submits that appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken upon the lifting of the GRAP Stage-III restrictions.
