This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 2184/2015 PS Mehrauli under Sections 354/323/506/509/34 IPC basis a settlement arrived at between the parties dated 12th June, 2024, which is on record of this Court.

The affidavit of respondent No.2 is also on record stating her no objection to the quashing of the said FIR. Petitioner Nos.1-3 and respondent No.2/complainant are present in Court and duly identified by the IO and their respective counsels.

Respondent No.2 states that they have now settled their issues which arose out of a neighbourly dispute relating to water supply. 2.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 2184/2015 PS Mehrauli under Sections 354/323/506/509/34 IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
