A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.391/2020 under Section 186/353/34 IPC registered at Police Station Karol Bagh.

It is submitted that the FIR was registered on account of the officials of the complainant/Respondent No.2 BSES had gone to disconnect the electricity connection installed on the premises of the petitioner on account of outstanding arrears. However, the matter has been settled and the arrears have been paid in the sum of Rs.7.5 lakhs, which have been duly received by the respondent No.2.

already sorted out their all differences vide Settlement dated 03.02.2023 and have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the petitioner. The parties endorses that they have arrived at a Settlement and shall remain bound by the same. The complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The petitioner is present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by the counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 391/2020 registered at Police Station Karol Bagh, for offences punishable under Sections 186/353/34 IPC of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings is hereby quashed qua the petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of.
