This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for the failure to take action in accordance as per order dated 03.02.2025 in W.P.(C) No.1337 of 2025 titled as "Lalita Sehrawat Vs. MCD & Ors" b. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent No 3 for his willful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 03.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.1337 of 2025 titled as "Lalita Sehrawat Vs. MCD & Ors"; and c. Direct the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to forthwith comply with the directions of this Hon'ble Court and ensure immediate demolition of the illegal construction; and d.

Direct the Respondent Authorities to conduct Videography the subject property in the presence of the Petitioner and to place on record the status report of action taken in compliance of demolition and sealing order; and d. Status report dated 04.11.2025 on behalf of the MCD has been filed, wherein it records as under:- "2. That a detailed Status Report by way of affidavit was filed by the answering Respondent No.l/MCD (Building Deptt., Najafgarh Zone) on 03/0212025 before the Hon'ble High Court in respect to the impugned property. The contents of the said Status Report may kindly be read as part and parcel, however, the same are not repeated herein for the sake of brevity and prolixity.

That in furtherance of the above stated report dated 03/02/2025, it is submitted that the demolition/sealing actions were planned and fixed by the answering Department in order to carry out necessary action qua the unauthorized construction at impugned property i.e. Property at part of Khasra No.481 & 484, Mahipalpur, New Delhi-37 (booked vide U.C. File No.444/B/UC/NGZ/24 dated 13/12/2024) on 03/04/2025, 25/04/2025, but these attempts could not succeed because of nonavailability of police force from Police Station: Vasant Kunj (North). 4.That apart from above, a programme was again fixed for 29/08/2025 and as per fixed programme, the demolition and sealing action qua the property in question was executed with the coordination of local police force.

During course of action taken on 29/08/2025, one RCC slab/panel at first floor was cut down with the help of gas cutter . After that, the sealing action was also taken and during course of action, property sca led at 01 point at main entrance. The photographs taken during demolition and sealing proceeding, are annexed herewith as AnnexureA. Furthermore, a letter vide No.EE(B)NGZ/25/D-&/306 dated 02/09/2025 was also sent to Police Authority for keeping ward & watch at this property. Copy of letter dated 02/09/2025 sent to Police Authority is annexed herewith as Annexure-B.

5. That further action will be taken by the answering Respondent/ MCD as per the provisions of DMC Act and as per prevailing laws." 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 5.
