% 02.03.2016 CM Appl. 7792/2016 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. W.P.(C) 1812/2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of petitioner's complaint case being Consumer Case No.720/2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite completion

of pleadings in the aforesaid case as far back as on 23rd November, 2009, the matter is still pending adjudication before the District Forum on account of lack of infrastructure, staff and coram. Keeping in view the limited relief sought, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to convene a meeting within a period of four weeks and to ensure that there is no shortage of infrastructure, staff or coram in the District Forums constituted under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Respondent No. 5/District Forum is also directed to expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's complaint case preferably on the next date of hearing itself.
