The present writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 19.01.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 1813/2017.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that a similar petition being W.P.(C) 386/2024 assailing the same impugned order already stands dismissed by this Court.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the present writ petition is, for parity of reasons dismissed.
