% 04.11.2024 After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh revision petition before the learned Sessions Court. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and all contentions have been kept open. The delay, if any, caused on account of pendency of the present petition, shall be condoned by the learned Sessions Court.
