The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking following relief:

"(a) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent No.2/NRC to comply with the directions passed by the respondent No. 1/NCTE in its Appeal Order F.No. 89-56/E323377 /2024/Appeal/1st Meeting, 2025/ APPLNRC202314682 dated 31.01.2025 and to consider the letter and documents submitted by the petitioner/ institution in the interest of justice and in the facts and circumstances of the present case; and /or (b) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to issue an order of restoration of recognition and permit the petitioner/institution to participate in the counseling and admit students for the year 2025-2026, in the interest of justice and in the facts and circumstances of the present case" 2.

direction to verify the documents, submitted in appeal, from the concerned affiliating university/authority.

Petitioner institution which was appellant before the Appellate Committee was also directed to forward the documents submitted to the NRC within 15 days.

Mr. Kishore submits that under the covering letter dated 27.02.2025, petitioner institute had submitted all relevant documents. However, despite the submission of relevant documents, respondents have not issued any order of restoration of recognition.

Mr.

Hardik Rupal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NRC, on instructions, submits that documents furnished by petitioner were received by respondent/NCTE on 30.07.2025. 6.

He further, submits that the decision with regard to restoration will be taken within a period of 10 days from today and further consequential order will be passed to allow petitioner to participate in the ongoing counselling for the academic session 2025-2026.

The statement of Mr.

Rupal is taken on record and the respondent/NCTE shall remain bound by the same. 8.

In view of the aforesaid statement of Mr. Rupal, no further orders are called for in the present petition.
