A Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.0509/2024 dated 11.12.2024 under Section 306/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mansarovar Park, Delhi. 2.

Learned APP for State submits that the investigations are almost complete and the Chargesheet is likely to be filed within four weeks. 3.

In view of the submissions made, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file afresh on the filing of the Chargesheet.
