The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 28th August, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant, has been placed on record.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff draws this Court's attention to the following clauses of the Settlement Agreement: "'(ii) Approx. ₹85,38,389/- (Rupees Eighty Five Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Nine Only) lying as on 31.03.2024 in the PPF (Public Provident Fund Account) having A/c no. (iii) Approx. ₹61,277/- (Rupees sixty one thousand two hundred and seventy seven only) lying as on 06.06.2025 in Pension Account bearing PPO NO. (713179000350) A/C No. 51024898439, State Bank of India, Jawala, Heri Branch.

xxx xxx xxx (v) That, the Amount lying in PPF (Public Provident Fund Account) and Pension Account of the deceased shall be equally divided between both the parties within 3 months of the signing of this settlement agreement. Both the parties agree to sign all necessary documents which may be needed for withdrawal of the said amounts and sharing them equally.

In view of the above, the State Bank of India is directed to release the amount lying in the aforesaid accounts equally in favour of the plaintiff and the defendant.

Accordingly, the concerned branches of the State Bank of India are directed to release the amount in the said bank account, equally in favour of the plaintiff and the defendant.

The pending application stands disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
