The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 for the purpose of withdrawal of the present petition in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.10.2025 as entered into between the parties and as appended to the application.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the Settlement Agreement as between the parties, he would like to withdraw the present petition.

Parties undertake to be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Accordingly, the present petition along with the present application are dismissed as withdrawn, in the aforesaid terms.
