A Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking Quashing of Complaint Case bearing CT No.339/2022 and the Summoning Order dated 30.06.2023 passed by learned ACMM, Central District, Delhi.

After some arguments learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions in accordance with law.
