This is an application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking extension of the time period of interim measures granted vide the order dated 20.03.2025, on the ground that the appointed arbitrator has not entered reference yet. 2.

For the said reason, issue notice.

Ms. Ahlawat, learned counsel for the respondent, accepts notice. 4.

Since the appointed arbitrator has not yet entered reference, the order dated 20.03.2025 is extended for another period of 4 weeks on the same terms and conditions.
