Vide order dated 4th September, 2024 passed by this Court in a related matter being W.P.(C) 12298/2024, this Court had disposed of the writ petition filed by the petitioner-Bank praying for identical prayer (b), by directing the DRAT to hear and decide the early hearing application on the date fixed i.e. 12th September, 2024.
