1. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the present petition is liable to be dismissed in view of this Court's decision dated 04.09.2024 in W.P.(C) 2986/2024 "Union of India & Ors. Vs. Ex/N.K. Chinna Vediyappan" and other connected matters.

2. In the light of the aforesaid fair stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed in the light of the aforesaid decision dated 04.09.2024.
