The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "a. to Respondent No. 1 authority to provide the copy of the sale deed presented in the office c;f the Sub-Registrar IV-A, Shahdara, Delhi vide Serial No.5959 dated 26.05.2025 exccuted by Sh. Tej Pal Singh S/o Sh. Ramphal Singh and call the records to verify the said sale deed of the said property in question in collusion placed for the registration on the basis of forged, fabricated, false details i.e. change of Khasra number, area or otherwise and initiate the appropriate proceedings against the person(s) involved in the said act by the respondent no.1 and 2 as per law against the concerned persons, in the interest of justice. Any other relief/s, which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the above mention facts and circumstances may kindly pass in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

The dispute between the petitioner and the private persons are pending before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

In view thereof, there cannot be any mandatory direction against the respondents to provide a copy of the sale deed. 4.

If the petitioner is entitled to such a relief, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy before the Court of appropriate jurisdiction. 5.

The dispute between the parties is essentially in the realm of the civil dispute and, therefore, cannot be adjudicated in a writ jurisdiction. 6.

For the aforesaid reasons, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy.
