% 21.07.2016 CS(OS) 2365/2006 Learned counsel for defendant nos. 3 to 6 has stated that total cost of Rs. 4000/- imposed vide order dated 15.01.2015 and further cost of Rs. 2000/- to each of the defendants imposed vide order dated 02.11.2015, have not been paid by the plaintiff. Plaintiff is directed to pay the same within one week from today.

As per office note, fresh affidavit of evidence of PW-1Mr. Farid Khan has not been filed. None is present on behalf of plaintiff to explain in this regard.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to South District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 05.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
