% 28.01.2016 It is pointed out that the matter is to be transferred to the Court of District Judge (Shahdara) and not to District Judge (East) as earlier directed. Accordingly, the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts for further proceedings before the competent court on 24th February, 2016.
