% 31.05.2017 In this petition, a mandamus is sought to respondent to effect mutation with regard to subject property in favour of petitioner and further to effect conversion from lease-hold property to free-hold property with respect to property in question. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that his representation of 1st December, 2016 (Annexure P-12) submitted to respondent has not yet been decided. Upon notice, counsel for respondents submits that respondent be granted reasonable time to decide petitioner's representation in accordance with the law.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and applications are disposed of with direction to respondent to decide petitioner's representation of 1st December, 2016 (Annexure P-12) by passing a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within W.P.(C) 5125/2017

two weeks thereafter to enable him to avail of the remedy, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.
