CRL.M.C. 808/2017 and Crl. M.A. No. 3423/2017 (Stay) The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 20th January, 2017 whereby the learned Principal Judge, Family Court has as an ad-interim measure directed the petitioner to deposit ₹1 lakh within one month and the remaining amount of ₹1 lakh within two months thereafter and has listed the matter for 26th April, 2017.

The Principal Judge, Family Court has neither fixed any monthly maintenance and the provision made is totally ad-interim. I find no error in the impugned order.

Petition and application are dismissed.
