It is open to the respective parties to apply for refund of the proportionate Court Fees before the Competent Authority, who shall process the same in accordance with law.

Needless to clarify, the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 24th September 2025 has been arrived at with the facilitation of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation and the same has been taken on record. 6.
