% 29.11.2019 IA. 16845/2019 This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC with the following prayers: ` "In view of the above, it is respectfully prayed that; (i) the present application be allowed and the present suit be disposed of /decreed in terms of the above settlement terms making the said settlement terms as forming part of the decree;] (ii) Any other order(s)/ further orders(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The application is supported by the affidavits filed on behalf of both the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties states, in terms of Paras 3 (A) to 3(K) of the application, the parties have settled their inter se disputes. They also state, parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement and the suit be decreed in terms of Paras 3(A) to 3(K) of the application. Noting the same, the Suit is decreed in view of the settlement vide Paras 3(A) to 3(K). Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. The suit is disposed of. No costs.

Application stands disposed of.
