% 09.02.2016 This is a suit for declaration and possession valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for defendant submits that the suit property is situated at Pul Pehladpur which falls under the jurisdiction of District South East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South East, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South Eath), Saket, Delhi on 26.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for defendant no.2 has paid the previous costs of Rs.2,000/-.
