The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) To take coercive steps against the Respondents/alleged Contemnors for not complying with the order dated 21.10.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) No.12346/2023 titled "Dr. Brajesh Kumar Vs. Sashastra Seema Bal & Anr"; and b) To pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that judgment dated 21.10.2024 in W.P.(C) 12346/2023 has been complied with. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the same and in view of the same, he does not wish to press the present petition. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 6.
