Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the show cause notice and answer the issues raised by the petitioner in his reply by way of a reasoned and speaking order to be passed within a period of four weeks from today.

forthwith to the petitioner. If the petitioner remains aggrieved by the said order, the remedies of the petitioner in law would remain reserved.
