% 19.08.2016 Crl.M.A.12838/2016 (1) Vide order dated 26.05.2016, the substantive sentence of the petitioner was suspended till the disposal of the appeal on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. The petitioner could not furnish the surety due to poverty and has remained in custody since then.

2) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the surety amount is reduced from `40,000/- to `20,000/-. The other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same. (3) The application stands disposed of.
