% 27.02.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.03/2011, under Sections 279/337 IPC, registered at P.S. Inder Puri, Delhi and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. The petitioner in person submits that she was driving the vehicle i.e. Swift Car bearing registration No.DL 9CX 6185 very cautiously and smoothly without having fast speed, but due to error of judgment, the said car met with an accident with a Scooter bearing registration No.DL 6SY 0487 at Inder Puri, Delhi being driven by the respondent No.3 Om Prakash which resulted injuries on the person of the respondents No.2 & 3. Petitioner in person further submits that after that whatever was required was taken care of, however, due to misunderstanding, the aforesaid FIR was got registered at the instance of the respondent No.2/complainant at Police Station Inder Puri, Delhi. Petitioner further submits that after the registration of the FIR, with the intervention of friends and relatives, the matter has been

amicably settled/compromised with the respondents No.2 & 3 and nothing further remains to be adjudicated between them, however, the present FIR is coming as hurdle in the peaceful life of the present petitioner and submits that the FIR in question and all proceedings arising therefrom may be quashed.

The respondent No.2/complainant and respondent No.3 are present in Court today and have been identified by the Investigating Officer, SI Parveen Kumar P.S. Inder Puri, Delhi. The injured/complainant admit that the matter has been amicably settled with the petitioner and the said settlement is voluntary and without any force, pressure or coercion and nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them and have no objection, if the FIR in question is quashed. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and nothing further remains to be adjudicated between them, to have peace in the life of the parties and to meet the ends of justice, I deem it appropriate to quash the aforesaid FIR and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same. Consequently, FIR No.03/2011, under Sections 279/337 IPC, registered at P.S. Inder Puri, Delhi and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.

The present petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J FEBRUARY 27, 2017 'dc'
