Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of Order dated 27.03.2025 passed by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central District. 2.

It is submitted that the Appeal is pending before the Administrator i.e. Hon'ble LG of Delhi, which should have been decided within a period of 03 months. The Appeal has been filed on 07.04.2025 and has not yet been decided.

Learned ASC on behalf of the State submits that as per the averments of the Petitioner himself, the Appeal before the Hon'ble LG is pending, the present Petition is not maintainable.
