% 10.04.2018 The status report in terms of directions dated 20.02.2018 is on the record.

Submissions made on behalf of either side. The allegations against the applicant relate to his involvement on the basis of the alleged disclosure statements made by the co-accused persons named Nafis, Neeraj, Rajesh Partap Singh and Kuldeep. The State however, submits that the applicant is a previous convict, convicted in FIR N. 23/13, PS Jahangirpuri registered under Sections 302 & 404 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The status report however, indicates that the applicant is on regular bail during the pendency of the appeal in relation thereto. Learned APP also submits that the charge sheet has been filed and the investigation is complete. Furthermore, in reply to a specific court query, it has been informed on behalf of the applicant that the applicant lives in

Gurugram. The present address of the applicant be filed by the petitioner/applicant on an affidavit within a period of three days being a copy of the same be supplied to the State.

Without any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his filing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court subject to the conditions that he shall not leave the country, shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when required, shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not commit any offence whatsoever.

In the event of any FIR or Kalendra being lodged against the applicant, the State would bring it to the notice of the Trial Court. The application is disposed of accordingly.
